When you bring your shoes in for a Cobblestone
Premium Restoration, our expert craftsmen:emove the worn soles, heel bases and top
lifts.
Remove the worn cork footbeds and
leather welts.
R eplace the welts
and and re-cork
the footbeds.
Replace the soles with the
world’s finest leather. We use Johann Rendenbach leather exclusively
in
Cobblestone’s Premium Restoration package.
Rendenbach leather has been pit-tanned in
Germany for more than 100 years.
Install n ew
leather heel bases and premium toplifts. Choose from
a Vibram rubber toplift or
DoveTail combination dress heel.
D eep clean
the leather upper to remove the dirt and built-up
polish.
Apply leather conditioners to
restore the oils that make it soft and
supple. This reconditioning process adds
years of life to your shoes.
Re-color or re-antique the upper and seal
the leather with a long-lasting, water-resistant
factory finish. Your footwear will look like new
again.
Cobblestone takes pride in giving your shoes that
new-shoe look, not a repaired look. We use better
materials than the original manufacturer. This
process takes less than 10 working days from start
to finish.
If you have never used our services, or have
used inferior shoe repair shops with less-than-great results, or if you have returned your shoes to
the shoe manufacturer for resoling and have to be
without your shoes for up to four weeks, consider
